As a busy single mum working 10 hours a day, spending up to 4 hours a day in my car only having the time to buy clothes online whilst sitting in bed, it was time for change..

Having previously owned my own bridal boutique about 20 years ago, closing due to a family bereavement and relocating back to the East Midlands, I wanted to get back to something i enjoyed AND with a better work life balance but still using my skills and passions for customer service and sales..

So I started looking at retail and after making an enquiry for a shop in Loughborough i ended up in contact with Pam.. A lovely lady who was looking to retire from her ladieswear boutique called 'RED' after 26 years ! You cant get a better foundation to build on than that!!

...and after just 4 weeks of chatting i took over the lovely shop in Loughborough going from RED to BLUE, LULU BLUE ! Situated in a quaint courtyard setting known as 'Churchgate Mews'. A lovely area just a stones throw from the central market area and bustling with independent businesses, shops, eateries and beauty salons. It was a perfect shop in the perfect location!

A place where you can feel at home and have a super friendly shopping experience whether you're here to buy a new holiday wardrobe or just something from the sale rail, either way please come in and browse in a friendly, professional and comfortable atmosphere.

As well as offering a unique personal shopping experience we also have an online store via our website which is updated regularly with new styles and new items for you to look at from the comfort of your armchair.  We even offer free delivery for all purchases over £65 with a free collect in store option where you can try on before taking your lovely new clothes home.
